How to get yourself out there.

Marketing - the management process responsible for identifying, anticipating and satisfying customers needs profitably

Roles

- Identify needs, develop product
- pricing strategies
- promote products to target market
 - customer benefits
- monitor

Understand needs - develop concept - test concept - market it - get feedback (repeat from start)

Value proposition - not about profit - about what value you can give to your target market

- make it short
- be specific
- use your customers language
- pass the 'gut feeling test'

Everything costs money, don't do anything that will consume your time and money which has no real gain or importance to you.

1.Sell them something unique, make a point of difference

2.Promote, promote, promote.
