Message and Delivery - Rationale

Brief:
produce a mail shot that distributes, disseminates and reinforces your message to an appropriate list of recipients. Your resolution should fit within the envelope dimensions 160mm by 105mm and be accompanied by a visually appropriate mailing list.

Who needs to know?
The audience for my mail shot will be tax payers, MP's, government officials and the mayor of London where most ofd the graffiti is being cleaned up.

What do they need to know?
They need to know about what the government is doing with their tax payers money and where its going. In this case it's being spent on cleaning up graffiti vandalism annually.

Why do they need to know?
They need to know this in order to ask them if they think its really a worthwhile use of there money because essentially it doesn't benefit them or anyone else to have the graffiti removed.

What will they respond to?
They will respond to how inviting and eye catching the mail shot is and the interaction and innovation that it brings so it doesn't get dismissed as another piece of boring mail or junk mail.

What research is required?
Research will be based around how the reveal a message to the audience and how to present and interact with the audience. This includes things like how a letter unfolds how it looks and whether the mail hot includes things like games or posters or freebies etc.
